As a Design and Build company M2 offer a total “turn-key” solution to refurbishment and fitting out, integrating the design, construction and management of a project all under one roof. M2 deal with all aspects of commercial interiors throughout the UK encompassing office, retail and light industrial/warehouse premises.

By its very nature, Design and Build (D&B) offers a Fast-Track solution to any project by integrating the key project elements under one roof. Our experience shows that we achieve the most effective and efficient solutions to our clients property challenges using this approach.

Our role as a D&B company commences with the clients initial brief and encompasses the preparation of space and furniture audits, outline and detailed space plans, Specifications and Cost Plans, construction programmes and Health and Safety assessments and plans. Once on site, all contractors are employed and managed by M2 staff.

One of our prime objectives is to work very closely with our clients and we find a major factor in achieving a fruitful relationship with our clients is consistency, retaining the same personnel throughout the project. Therefore, sales and contracts personnel present at initial meetings will be involved throughout your project. All members of M2 Commercial Interiors have a minimum of 20 years experience in the D&B Industry, in their chosen fields

M2 managed the entire refurbishment of our UK headquarters. This was from initial design through to building work. The project was made additionally difficult due to us wanting to continue to work from the building during the year long project. On completion we now have an excellent working environment and have freed up over 5,000 square feet for rental to an another tenant. I would thoroughly recommend M2 to anyone wishing to work with a professional firm who listen carefully to their clients and deliver what is required with the minimum of fuss
